Gluer Operator, 3rd shift

To strengthen our motivated team in our Folding/Gluing department at our Charlotte, NC plant, we are looking for experienced Gluer Operators for 3rd shift (Sunday - Thursday 11p-7a). 

Your Role

• You have experience with setting up, monitoring the machines, and making adjustments as needed. 

• You will support in cleaning machines of cartons from previous jobs.  

• You are ambitious to give the gluer feeder assignments to assist in the job setup. 

• You have a strong sense for quality and continious improvement.

Your Profile

• You have a High School Diploma or equivalent.

• You have already gained 2-3 years working as an Operator in BOBST Domino and Media, 6X, Vega, International Royal. 

• You have experience with the Leary Gluing system in a packaging manufacturing environment. 

• You possess a strong mechanical aptitude.  

• You have the ability to solve basic math problems
