We’re Napa—your friendly neighborhood restaurant with a big love for wine and seriously good food. Locally owned and operated with four locations (two in Charlotte, one in Fort Mill, and one in Raleigh), we bring a slice of Napa Valley to the Carolinas.

What You’ll Do

  • Operate the grill station with precision and consistency
  • Prepare and cook proteins and vegetables to perfection according to recipes and standards
  • Maintain proper temperatures and timing for all dishes
  • Assist with prep work and ensure your station is stocked and ready for service
  • Keep your work area clean, organized, and compliant with food safety standards
  • Communicate with the kitchen team to ensure smooth service flow
  • Complete closing duties and assist with overall kitchen cleanliness
