Job DetailsJob Location: Main Club House - CHARLOTTE, NC 28277Ballantyne Country Club is looking for fun, energetic, hard working, hospitality driven service team members. As the first point of contact in our dining areas, the Host/Hostess sets the tone for the guest experience. The ideal candidate must have- Friendly and professional demeanor Strong organizational skills Ability to manage seating in a courteous and efficient manner Answer phone calls and provide accurate club and dining information Provide exceptional customer service and anticipate member needs   Weekend, evening, and holiday availability required. Full time and Part time openings are available. Full time positions come with employee benefits after 90 days of employment. Health/Vison/Dental Insurance, Short Term & Long Term Disability, PTO and Holiday Pay, etc.  401K Eligible after a year of employment and 1000 Hours works Qualifications
