Landscape Crew Member

• Pay: $19.00 - $22.00 per hour

• Schedule: Full-Time Monday – Friday, 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM

• Requirements: 1–3 years of landscaping experience; ability to lift up to 35 lbs repetitively; a valid NC driver's license with a good driving record

What You’ll Do

As a Landscape Crew Member (Landscaper / Groundskeeper), you’ll be an essential part of keeping our client properties looking clean, green, and beautiful. On a typical day as a Landscape Crew Member, you will:

• Operate power equipment for weed eating, grass cutting, and edging.

• Perform mulching, pruning, and planting of shrubs and flowers.

• Complete general grounds maintenance and special outdoor projects as assigned by your supervisor.

What You Bring to the Team

• 1–3 years of hands-on landscaping or groundskeeping experience.

• Physical ability to lift up to 35 lbs repetitively and work outdoors in various weather conditions.

• A strong work ethic, punctuality, and a positive team attitude!

• A valid NC driver's license with a good driving record
