Implant Relationship Manager / Referral Marketing & Patient Coordinator

Full-Time | Community Outreach & Clinical Support | Specialty Dental Care

Are you a Dental Assistant, Treatment Coordinator, Implant Coordinator, or patient care professional looking for a career that combines relationship building with exceptional patient care?

We're looking for an Implant Relationship Manager to help patients confidently move forward with implant treatment while building lasting relationships with referring dental offices throughout the community.

This is a unique opportunity to step beyond a traditional clinical or front office role. You'll divide your time between visiting referring dental practices and supporting implant patients inside our practice, serving as a trusted resource from consultation through final restoration.

This is an individual contributor role focused on patient experience and professional relationships - it is not a people management position.

Local travel required (approximately 60–75%).

What You'll Do

Build Strong Referral Relationships

  • Visit referring dental practices and become a trusted resource for doctors and their teams
  • Strengthen existing referral relationships while developing new partnerships
  • Coordinate educational visits, lunch-and-learns, appreciation events, and study clubs
  • Support communication between referring offices and our surgical team
  • Share clinical updates, educational resources, and collaboration opportunities

Guide Patients Through Their Implant Journey

  • Serve as a primary point of contact from consultation through treatment completion
  • Educate patients about implant procedures, timelines, and treatment expectations
  • Present treatment plans and financial options with confidence and compassion
  • Follow up with patients to answer questions and help them move forward with care
  • Coordinate scheduling between surgical and restorative providers
  • Deliver an exceptional patient experience every step of the way

Support Practice Growth

  • Help strengthen relationships with referring offices through consistent communication and service
  • Assist with continuing education programs, study clubs, and community events
  • Collaborate with surgeons, clinical teams, and scheduling staff to ensure seamless care
  • Maintain organized communication and case follow-up
  • Share ideas that improve patient experience and referral partnerships

Who Thrives in This Role

This role is especially well suited for:

  • Dental Assistants ready for a new challenge
  • Treatment Coordinators
  • Implant Coordinators
  • Patient Care Coordinators
  • Healthcare professionals who enjoy educating patients and building relationships

You'll likely be successful if you:

  • Enjoy connecting with people and building trust
  • Communicate confidently with both patients and healthcare professionals
  • Stay organized and follow through on details
  • Are self-motivated and enjoy managing your own schedule
  • Love being out in the community rather than sitting behind a desk all day
  • Want a career where your relationships truly make a difference

Why Join Us

At Flagship Specialty Partners, relationships are at the heart of everything we do. You'll work alongside nationally recognized surgeons while helping patients gain access to life-changing implant care.

This isn't a traditional desk job. Every day you'll build relationships, educate patients, support referring doctors, attend community events, and make a visible impact on both patient outcomes and practice growth.

If you're looking for a career that combines patient care, relationship building, and the opportunity to grow professionally, we'd love to meet you.
