Role Summary:

The Installation Supervisor is responsible for the management and the timely completion of projects. Duties include leading teams in the installation of all product in accordance with CBI and manufacturers' specifications. They are responsible for efficiently resolving any issues that may arise with projects and/or crew, and for effective communication to all critical project stakeholders. In this role, it is the supervisor's responsibility to project a positive image of CBI through professional appearance and personal interactions with clients/crew members and any other CBI associates.

Responsibilities:

  • Effectively communicate with all critical stakeholders, such as subcontractors, general contractors, coworkers, and clients
  • Build positive relationships with other trades involved in projects
  • Manage and meet deadlines for assigned projects and initiatives
  • Read and interpret drawings to lay out floors and identify essential electrical core positions
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and exercise sound judgment to prevent injuries
  • Manage crews of all sizes and experience levels
  • Provide training to installer levels I, II, III
  • Understand forklift safety and properly operate equipment.
  • Promote Asset protection for both internal and external clients
  • Manage all punch lists and lead internal and external walkthroughs
  • Proficiently use ACC Build on a company iPad to complete daily updates, mark delivery tickets, and document issues
  • Possess an extensive tool kit and train others on proper tool usage
  • Perform CBI inventory procedures
  • Accurately fill out time sheets
