We are seeking motivated, hands-on individuals for a 6-month immersive rotational internship designed to provide real-world experience across key areas of our business: Operations, Technical, and Sales.
This program is built for individuals who want to understand how a business truly operates—from the warehouse floor to customer-facing sales. Interns will gain practical skills, product knowledge, and exposure to career paths within a growing manufacturing and service organization.
Phase 1: Operations (Warehouse) – 2 Months
- Develop foundational product knowledge
- Participate in product assembly and preparation
- Learn warehouse operations, inventory flow, and safety practices
- Understand how operational execution impacts customer delivery
Phase 2: Technical – 2 Months
- Observe technical processes and product applications
- Receive hands-on training with products and systems
- Support technical team members in real-time problem solving
- Build understanding of how products are used in the field
Phase 3: Sales – 2 Months
- Work closely with the Sales Development team
- Learn customer engagement strategies and sales processes
- Assist with lead generation, outreach, and account support
- Conclude with a ride-along experience:
- Spend one week traveling with a Territory Sales Manager
- Gain direct exposure to customer interactions and field sales execution

Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a degree program (Business, Engineering, Operations, or related field preferred)

- Strong communication and teamwork skills
