Qualification Profile

 

Inventory Coordinator to handle day to day responsibilities as listed below and coordinate, direct, & execute material movements efficiently.  The inventory coordinator works under direction of the S&R Supervisor to implement efficient changes to our inventory processes. Also performs any other tasks assigned by the Operations or Production Manager.

 Job Duties: 

  • Cycle count management; discrepancies investigation & write on / offs
  • Batch Tickets; issuing tickets, reviewing variances, confirming tickets
  • Month end reports (COGI, COOISPI, etc.)
  • Physical Inventories
  • Ensuring FIFO
  • Manage Block Stock, DOH.
  • Manage RMA Processing, and return of materials.
  • ARIBA PO’s
  • Warehouse / rack management
  • Disposals
  • Coordination of material movements and cleaning/organization of warehouse
  • Maintain a working knowledge of all SOPs associated with tasks/processes.
  • Perform daily housekeeping of his/her area and all equipment.
  • Maintain an acceptable attendance record which will be monitored continuously. Be knowledgeable and adhere to all safety requirements.
  • Safely pick/pull/place materials into rack spaces in Warehouse, weigh and transfer the material in SAP

Requirements

  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • Must be able to work independently, be able to execute strenuous, sometimes repetitive physical work such as lifting, pushing or pulling objects up to 50 pounds, work in extreme temperatures, indoors and out and be able to work any shift.
  • High level of safety consciousness
  • Excellent team player.
  • High degree of knowledge for both SAP and Microsoft Excel
  • High attention to detail
  • Ability to communicate to both internal teammates and customers
  • Forklift Experience
  • This is a primarily 1st shift position, requiring flexible hours, conducive to timely cycle count adjustments, as determined by S&R Supervisor.
