What You’ll Do / Key Responsibilities

As a Cleaner / Day Porter, you are the face of our service during business hours. In this Day Porter role, you will ensure the facility stays welcoming and clean for everyone. Your daily Custodian duties will include:

• Restocking bathrooms and organizing supplies.

• General cleaning of common areas and high-touch surfaces.

• Pulling trash and dusting offices.

• Cleaning restrooms and vacuuming floors.

• Other cleaning duties as assigned by your supervisor to keep the site in top shape.

What You Bring To The Team

• Experience: At least 1 year of professional cleaning or janitorial experience.

• Physical Ability: Must be able to lift 35 lbs repetitively and stay active on your feet.

• Reliability: A strong work ethic and the ability to be on time for your 7:00 AM shift.

• Attitude: A friendly, helpful "Neighborly" spirit when interacting with client staff.
