Landscape Crew Leader

Pay: $20–$25/hour, depending on experience

Schedule: Full-time | Monday–Friday starting at 7:00 AM

✅ Qualifications:

1–3 years of landscaping experience
Valid NC or SC driver’s license
Clean driving record
Ability to lift up to 35 lbs.

Key Responsibilities

As a Landscape Crew Leader, you’ll lead by example while working alongside your crew to maintain high-quality landscaping standards. Responsibilities include:

Assigning daily tasks and guiding crew productivity
Performing and supervising mowing, planting, edging, and irrigation maintenance
Training team members on equipment safety and landscaping best practices
Inspecting completed work to ensure properties meet company standards
Promoting safe operation of all equipment and company vehicles

What We’re Looking For

1–3 years of professional landscaping experience
Previous leadership or supervisory experience is a plus
Strong work ethic and hands-on leadership style
Valid NC or SC driver’s license with a clean driving record
Positive attitude and desire for career advancement
