About the Role:
At The Grounds Guys of Myers Park, we're looking for a dependable Landscaping Crew Lead ready to direct daily field operations, lead a 2 person team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead daily field operations, ensuring quality standards and route efficiency on your maintenance route.
- Drive truck/trailer combinations safely to job sites.
- Train team members on equipment operation, safety, and proper landscaping techniques to keep clients lawn looking great.
- Perform end-of-day equipment and vehicle checks.
Requirements:
- Prior experience in landscaping, lawn care, or a similar service industry.
- Proficiency operating and maintaining mowers, trimmers, and related equipment.
- Driver License with clean driving history with experience driving and maneuvering a trailer.
- Willingness to obtain required industry certifications/licenses within 6 months.
