Lead Nail Technician Responsibilities
Our Lead Nail Technician will work hand in hand with the Owner/Studio Manager to achieve team and salon goals. The lead nail technician’s primary responsibility is leading the nail technicians in the day-to-day activities as well as the guest experience.  Â

Lead Nail Technician Responsibilities

- Provide excellent manicure and pedicure services to guests
- Training new Nail Technicians
- Assisting in the continued education of the team
- Assist the team in maintaining the cleanliness of the salon
- Social media posting/collabs
- Always serve guests throughout the salon
- Contribute and rally the team to goals Â
Lead Nail Technician Requirements
- NC Manicurist or cosmetology license
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Friendly and professional demeanor
- Able to work full time day/evening and at least one weekend day  Â
