Pay & Compensation

• $30 per treatment hour
• $45 for 80-minute services
• $10/hour for downtime (paid when not in session)
• $5 per enhancement (guest-selected in-app, no upselling required)
• Tips paid weekly (not included in base rate)

Average earnings: $43–$57/hour, including tips

Schedule

• Full-time or Part-time opportunity
• Flexible scheduling: 4, 6, or 8-hour shifts
• Full-time must work one evening and one weekend shift
• Must be available for at least one weekend shift (Saturday or Sunday)

Requirements

• Active Massage Therapy License (North Carolina)
• Experience in Swedish and Deep Tissue massage
• Passion for delivering personalized, high-quality service
• Ability to adapt to guest needs
