- Deliver customized, high-quality therapeutic massage treatments tailored to guest self-care goals.
- Recommend elevated service enhancements to improve our guest's therapeutic outcome.
- Educate guests on personalized self-care routines and the benefits of regular maintenance.
- Build trusting, long-term relationships to foster high guest retention in a calm, professional studio setting.
Qualifications
- Active North Carolina Massage & Bodywork Therapy License.
- Ability to deliver consistent 50- and 80-minute services while prioritizing proper body mechanics.
- Excellent interpersonal and guest communication skills.
- Collaborative, positive mindset and enthusiasm for working in a team environment.
