We have a beautiful campus with a 180-bed skilled nursing and rehabilitation facility located at 4009 Craig Ave. Charlotte, NC Position is responsible for developing and maintaining a program of activities to promote the physical, mental and psychological well-being of each of our residents. Long-term care experience is preferred.
