Job Summary
Icebox Cryotherapy Studio is currently seeking a dynamic and experienced Studio Manager for a full-time position at our Icebox Cryotherapy Lake Norman location. The Studio Manager will be responsible for providing leadership and daily direction to all Wellness Coordinators and Estheticians. This critical position must have a solid understanding of membership sales and operational excellence. The manager is responsible for exemplifying Icebox's customer service philosophy, educating clients on services, and providing an exceptional client experience.聽
Responsibilities聽

- Model all studio activities through self-involvement (leading by example)聽
- Promote the health and wellness benefits that are associated with a healthy lifestyle.聽
- Properly manage and exceed assigned revenue/ member base goals.
- Maintain accurate sales records and reports.聽
- Maximize revenue by selling all facets of the business.
- Cultivate a high-energy culture through contests and incentive-based motivation.聽
- Manage, monitor, develop, and evaluate the performance of staff.聽
- Manage disciplinary actions involving all Icebox studio employees.聽
- Create relationships with guests to further personalize their experience.聽
- Ensure that the studio is clean, maintained, and operationally sound.聽
- Responsible for ensuring that the facility is clean, maintained, and operationally sound.聽
Qualifications
- 3 years of sales experience required.聽
- 1 year of management experience is required, including directly overseeing all aspects of staff management from hiring, training, supporting, discipline, and termination.聽
- Solid understanding of membership sales and operational excellence.
- Proven sales leadership.
- Ability to work and function in a team environment.聽
- Keen on driving sales and service excellence.聽
- Ability to multi-task and manage client and staff concerns in a fast-paced environment. 路
- Solid verbal and written communication skills.聽
- Health & Fitness-minded people strongly preferred.聽
- Associate or bachelor鈥檚 degree.
- Be able to lift 50 lbs.
