Currently hiring for manufacturing laborers to join our team in Charlotte, NC. As a manufacturing laborer your primary responsibilities will be assembling crossbelts for sorter systems. The ideal manufacturing laborer candidate possesses hands-on experience with hand tools, mechanical aptitude, and can work as a team in a manufacturing environment.

Manufacturing Laborer Responsibilities:

  • Assemble crossbelts for sorter systems according to specifications  
  • Use and identify various hand tools essential for assembly tasks  
  • Collaborate with team members and engineers to ensure efficient workflow  
  • Maintain punctuality and attendance, as consistent presence is critical to project success
  • Inspect assembled components for quality and accuracy  
  • Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment 
  • Assist team members with troubleshooting and problem-solving during the assembly process  
  • Operate and maintain hand tools and basic power tools safely and properly  
  • Report any defects or issues to supervisors promptly to prevent delays  
  • Adhere to production schedules and meet daily output goals  
  • Participate in team meetings and training sessions as required to improve skills and processes

Maintenance Mechanic Qualifications:

  • 1+ years of experience working in a manufacturing/assembly environment
  • Proven experience with hand tools and mechanical work  
  • Ability to identify and utilize tools appropriately  
  • Mechanical inclined - experience in automotive, construction, or similar fields a plus
  • Strong team player with excellent attendance and punctuality  
  • Reliable and detail-oriented
