About the Role
DingoBlu is seeking a creative, organized, and highly collaborative Marketing Specialist to help bring the DingoBlu brand to life across digital, print, email, social media, events, presentations, and client experiences.Reporting to the Senior Manager of Marketing, this hands-on role combines graphic design, digital marketing, content creation, project management, production, and event support. The Marketing Specialist will collaborate with DingoBlu team members to understand business and client needs and translate them into effective, on-brand marketing solutions.
The ideal candidate can move comfortably between creative and executional responsibilities, from designing a presentation and building a landing page to sending an email campaign, coordinating a print project, preparing materials for compliance, or supporting a trade show.

What You’ll Own
Creative & Brand- Design marketing materials including flyers, presentations, stationery, signage, digital graphics, client communications, and other collateral.
- Create social media graphics, short-form video, digital content, and other visual assets.
- Coordinate branded apparel, promotional merchandise, giveaways, trade show exhibits, signage, and other branded materials.
- Prepare production-ready creative and ensure all work consistently reflects DingoBlu brand standards.
- Build and update landing pages supporting campaigns, products, events, and other business initiatives.
- Make routine website updates, including copy, images, graphics, links, and other content.
- Create and maintain internal microsites and digital resources.
- Perform routine quality assurance to ensure digital content is accurate, current, functional, and consistent with DingoBlu brand standards.
- Build and send email marketing communications supporting campaigns, products, events, client engagement, and business initiatives.
- Coordinate email content, creative, links, calls to action, audience segments, scheduling, testing, and required approvals.
- Monitor basic email performance, including delivery, open rates, click-through rates, and engagement.
- Create social media graphics, short-form video, and other digital assets.
- Support DingoBlu's social media and content calendar and help maintain a consistent brand voice and visual identity across digital channels.
- Manage assigned marketing projects from request through completion, coordinating timelines, deliverables, approvals, vendors, and stakeholders.
- Coordinate print production, promotional products, marketing collateral, and other materials, including estimates, proofs, production schedules, and delivery.
- Manage marketing material inventory, shipping, distribution, and logistics.
- Collaborate with DingoBlu team members to understand client and business needs and develop appropriate marketing solutions.
- Manage multiple projects and priorities while maintaining quality, accuracy, and deadlines.
- Support the planning and execution of trade shows, conferences, meetings, client events, and other DingoBlu experiences.
- Coordinate exhibits, signage, collateral, apparel, promotional items, giveaways, and event materials.
- Manage packing, shipping, receiving, inventory, setup, and breakdown of event materials.
- Attend designated trade shows, conferences, and events to support DingoBlu's presence and client experience.
- Manage DingoBlu's marketing file system, image library, and digital assets.
- Maintain organized folders, naming conventions, version control, and archiving practices.
- Ensure approved final files, logos, photography, presentations, templates, and brand assets are properly saved and easily accessible.
- Maintain current versions of marketing assets and provide files to authorized DingoBlu team members upon request.
- Prepare and deliver marketing materials for required compliance, legal, business, and leadership review.
- Track approvals and coordinate required revisions.
- Proofread and quality-check materials for accuracy, functionality, brand consistency, and production readiness.
- Ensure only approved versions of marketing materials are published or distributed.
- Leverage artificial intelligence to support creative development, content creation, research, ideation, productivity, and project execution.
- Identify opportunities to use AI and technology to improve marketing workflows and efficiency.
- Use AI responsibly while maintaining human review, accuracy, confidentiality, brand standards, and compliance.
What We’re Looking For
Required- Bachelor's degree in marketing, graphic design, communications, advertising, digital media, or a related field preferred.
- 2 to 5 years of experience in marketing, graphic design, creative services, digital marketing, or a related field.
- Strong graphic design skills with experience creating print and digital marketing materials.
- Experience with email marketing, websites, landing pages, social media, and digital content.
- Experience creating or editing short-form video content.
- Strong project management, organizational, and file-management skills.
- Exceptional attention to detail with strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and collaborate effectively across teams.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
- Interest in AI, emerging technologies, and new approaches to marketing.
- Willingness to travel periodically for trade shows, conferences, and events.
Experience with or willingness to become proficient in Adobe Creative Cloud, Canva, Microsoft 365, email marketing and marketing automation platforms, website content management systems, social media tools, video editing platforms, digital asset management systems, project management tools, and AI-enabled platforms such as ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot, and Adobe Firefly.

Education
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, Public Relations, Business, Digital Media, or a closely related field preferred.Work Environment
This is a full-time, on-site position based at DingoBlu’s headquarters in Charlotte, NC. Standard business hours are Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. The role operates within a highly collaborative, fast-paced environment and may require additional hours to support key business priorities, product launches, events, and other organizational milestones.Periodic travel and participation in trade shows, conferences, client events, and other DingoBlu-sponsored activities are required. Some travel, events, and business activities may occur outside of standard business hours, including evenings and weekends.
