Massage Therapist - MASTHERA 

Department: Spa   

Reports To: Spa Director

Job Overview:

As a Massage Therapist, you will provide exceptional massage services to our guests, promoting relaxation, stress relief, and overall well-being. Your expertise and dedication will contribute to a memorable and rejuvenating experience for our clientele. 

 

Responsibilities: 

  • Provide Massage Services: Perform a variety of massage techniques, such as Swedish, deep tissue, hot stone, or other specialized modalities, tailored to the individual needs of each guest. 
  • Guest Consultation: Conduct thorough consultations with guests to assess their preferences, medical history, and desired outcomes. 
  • Maintain Cleanliness: Ensure the cleanliness and sanitation of treatment rooms, equipment, and linens. 
  • Product Knowledge: Stay updated on the latest massage techniques and products, making recommendations to enhance the guest experience. 
  • Professionalism: Maintain a professional and courteous demeanor, creating a relaxing and welcoming atmosphere. 
  • Time Management: Efficiently manage appointment schedules and treatment times. 
  • Compliance: Adhere to all hotel policies and procedures, as well as local licensing and regulatory requirements. 

 

Qualifications: 

  • Licensure: Valid massage therapy license in the state of [State]. 
  • Experience: Proven experience as a massage therapist in a spa or hotel setting. 
  • Knowledge: Strong knowledge of various massage techniques, including Swedish, deep tissue, and other modalities. 
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with guests effectively.
