Description

Communicate with drivers to relay updates, instructions, or changes
Enter and update data in monitoring system
Enter orders for daily routes
Maintain an accurate daily attendance roster for drivers
Communicate with department employees, dispatcher to needed locations to respond to routine requests or emergency situations.
Answer phones
Call customers for additional product needed prior to dispatching orders
Maintain assigned files and process information according to established guidelines and procedures.
Ability to prioritize workloads to successfully meet deadlines
Performs other duties as assigned

Requirements

Attention to detail and excellent follow-up ability
Demonstrates intermediate proficiency in the use of Microsoft Suite – Outlook, Excel and Word
Must have strong verbal & written communication
