Through a series of immersive rotations, analysts gain exposure to strategic priorities, business challenges, and organizational opportunities while building the skills, relationships, and experiences needed to launch a successful career at LPL. 

 

Job Overview:

As a Strategy & Growth Rotational Analyst, you will partner with leaders across the organization to support initiatives that advance LPL's strategic priorities, enhance the advisor and client experience, and drive business growth. Throughout the program, you will rotate across multiple teams within Strategy & Growth, gaining exposure to areas such as strategy, business development, and client readiness. Analysts are expected to operate as contributors on meaningful business initiatives, bringing fresh perspectives, analytical rigor, and innovative thinking to some of the organization's most important priorities. This program provides a unique opportunity to develop strategic thinking, analytical, project management, and communication skills while working alongside experienced leaders and subject matter experts across the organization. 

Responsibilities:

  • Partner with leaders across Strategy & Growth to support strategic initiatives and key business priorities 
  • Conduct research, analysis, and project work that supports business growth, advisor engagement, client activation, and organizational effectiveness 
  • Analyze business trends, market dynamics, and performance metrics to identify opportunities and inform strategic decision-making 
  • Develop recommendations, presentations, and insights for leadership discussions and executive decision-making 
  • Identify opportunities to improve processes, enhance efficiency, and drive business outcomes 
  • Collaborate across teams and functions to support enterprise initiatives and strategic projects 
  • Participate in professional development, mentorship, networking, and leadership exposure opportunities throughout the program 
  • Present project outcomes, recommendations, and key learnings to leaders at the conclusion of each rotation

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Communications, Marketing, Management, or a related field, with anticipated graduation by June 2027 
  • Minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0 
  • Demonstrated interest in strategy, business development, client experience, business operations, project management, or financial services 
  • Previous internship, leadership, campus involvement, or project experience preferred 
  • Offer is contingent upon successful completion of a bachelor's degree, successful completion of a background screening, and the ability to work in a hybrid environment based in our Fort Mill, SC office

Pay Range:

Actual base salary varies based on factors, including but not limited to, relevant skill, prior experience, education, base salary of internal peers, demonstrated performance, and geographic location.
