Pearl Office Manager + Leader

Position Overview

At Pearl, we don’t run dental offices, we create experiences.

We’re looking for a Practice Manager who leads, owns their practice like it’s their own, and is obsessed with both performance and people. This role is responsible for driving operational excellence, delivering a five-star patient experience, and building a high-performing, accountable team.

You will partner closely with the Regional Manager and leadership team to ensure your practice consistently hits production, collections, and patient experience goals, while maintaining the energy, culture, and standards that define Pearl.

 What You Own

Practice Performance & Operations

  • Own the day-to-day operations of the practice—nothing falls through the cracks
  • Drive production, collections, and schedule optimization
  • Monitor performance daily and take action in real time (not later)
  • Ensure systems, processes, and workflows are efficient, consistent, and scalable

Team Leadership & Accountability

  • Lead, coach, and develop your entire team (doctor, front desk, assistants, hygienists)
  • Hold clear expectations and follow through with accountability
  • Conduct regular performance conversations and development plans
  • Build a culture of ownership, urgency, and positivity

Patient Experience (Non-Negotiable)

  • Ensure every patient interaction reflects the Pearl standard; warm, elevated, and seamless
  • Oversee scheduling, check-in/out, treatment presentation, and financial coordination
  • Resolve patient concerns with empathy, confidence, and solutions

Financial Ownership

  • Understand and own your numbers; production, collections, and expenses
  • Review reports regularly and take action to improve performance
  • Manage budgets, billing systems, and financial controls with accuracy and integrity

Staffing & Talent

  • Recruit, hire, and onboard top talent
  • Build schedules that maximize productivity and team efficiency
  • Identify gaps early and proactively solve for them

Problem Solving & Execution

  • Address clinical and operational issues quickly and effectively
  • Make decisions with confidence using data, experience, and Pearl standards
  • Adapt quickly in a fast-paced, ever-evolving environment

 Partnership & Alignment

  • Partner with the Regional Manager for performance, accountability, and operational support
  • Collaborate with clinical and operational leadership to ensure alignment in patient care and experience
  • Work cross-functionally with HR, Finance, and Marketing to support practice growth

What Success Looks Like

  • Hitting and exceeding production and collections goals
  • A highly engaged, accountable, and positive team
  • Strong patient reviews and retention
  • A practice that runs smoothly, efficiently, and proactively
  • Leaders within your team growing and stepping up

 Who You Are

  • You take ownership
  • You move fast and solve problems
  • You hold a high standard and don’t settle
  • You lead with both accountability and heart
  • You bring energy, urgency, and intention every day
