Clearsite Industrial Services is searching for an Operations Manager to join fast-paced, growing vacuum excavation business.

Reporting to the Vice President, the position will be responsible for coordinating, dispatching and monitoring of units.

Specific Duties
  • Scheduling projects daily
  • Dispatching units daily
  • Reviewing operator’s daily activities – DVIR, FLRA, DTR Tickets
  • Ensuring that maintenance policies and procedures are followed
  • Review reports from the GPS system
  • Additional duties as assigned
  • Experience in a field service-based operation required.
  • Basic computer proficiency required.
  • 1-2 years Dispatch experience preferred.
  • Fleet maintenance coordination experience preferred.
  • Experience in hydrovac or vacuum excavation operations preferred.
  • The person in this position must have the ability to coordinate well with field crews, operators or drivers, maintenance teams, and leadership.
  • Experience managing operational documentation, including DVIR, FLRA, and DTR tickets preferred.
  • Experience reviewing GPS reports preferred.
  • Experience with fleet management software is a plus.
  • Eligible to work in the United States required.
  • Potential to work occasional nights and weekends required.
