Communicate daily in English and Spanish to lead field staff, resolve site issues, and direct crews safely around active construction trades.
-
Act as a dedicated Commercial Services Manager by keeping direct line communication open with key client accounts, conducting site walk-throughs, and preventing scope creep.
-
Attend weekly Wednesday accounting and operational strategy meetings at our Charlotte branch location.
-
Process vendor billings and project phase completion entries in our operations software.
What You Bring To The Team

Bilingual Fluency: Fluent in both English and Spanish (Required to effectively lead our field staff).
