Position Summary
The Physical Therapist provides pediatric evaluations and treatment services to help children achieve their highest level of function and participation. Therapists work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team to deliver individualized, family-centered care.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform pediatric physical therapy evaluations
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
- Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions
- Collaborate with families, caregivers, and interdisciplinary team members
- Maintain timely and accurate documentation
- Participate in care coordination and team collaboration
- Deliver family-centered, developmentally appropriate care
Qualifications
Required
- Active North Carolina Physical Therapy License (or eligibility for licensure)
- Valid driver's license
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Commitment to providing exceptional pediatric care
Preferred
- Pediatric experience
- Outpatient pediatric therapy experience

Compensation & Benefits
We offer a competitive Base Plus compensation model that rewards clinicians for serving children and families while maintaining work-life balance.
Total earning potential up to $94,000+ annually, based on caseload, productivity, and experience.
