Position Summary

The Physical Therapist provides pediatric evaluations and treatment services to help children achieve their highest level of function and participation. Therapists work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team to deliver individualized, family-centered care.


Key Responsibilities

  • Perform pediatric physical therapy evaluations
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
  • Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions
  • Collaborate with families, caregivers, and interdisciplinary team members
  • Maintain timely and accurate documentation
  • Participate in care coordination and team collaboration
  • Deliver family-centered, developmentally appropriate care


Qualifications

Required

  • Active North Carolina Physical Therapy License (or eligibility for licensure)
  • Valid driver's license
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Commitment to providing exceptional pediatric care

Preferred

  • Pediatric experience
  • Outpatient pediatric therapy experience

We offer a competitive Base Plus compensation model that rewards clinicians for serving children and families while maintaining work-life balance.


Total earning potential up to $94,000+ annually, based on caseload, productivity, and experience.
