Requirements

• Valid NC or SC Driver’s License and reliable transportation to the Charlotte warehouse.

Compensation and Growth

• $19/ hour with related experience or desired transferrable skills – we train you!
  
• Up to $20/hour with experience and strong soft skills
  
• Lead Technicians (salaried) average mid-$50Ks in year one
  
• Leads are promoted from existing team members hired through this posting

Essential Duties

Team reliability is key. All employees must arrive at the SOR warehouse their scheduled start time. We have day shift (7:30AM start) and night shift (7:30PM start) available. 

This role includes pressure washing (most day roles cross-train for the gutter cleaning service line). 

Additional expectations:

• Operate hoses, wands, ladders, and harnesses safely.
  
• Follow OSHA and company safety requirements.
  
• Lift/pull up to 75 lbs and hold wands overhead for extended periods.
  
• Work at heights within fall-protection limits (Must be able to meet size and weight requirements for fall protection, ladders, and harnesses. With some exceptions, individuals between 150–270 lbs. can generally use our equipment safely. Applicants near either limit are encouraged to ask for details—we’ll do our best to work with you.)
  
• Read and follow safety instructions and job assignments accurately.
