Job Description:
This job is responsible for maximizing the value for one or more products. Key responsibilities include working with stakeholders to understand their needs, and with product owners or specialists to ensure they are aligning on priorities. Job expectations include ensuring delivery of products that meet client expectations, including features, security, availability, resiliency, timelines and costs.

The Product Manager is responsible for transforming complex delivery, risk, and operational data into clear, actionable insights for senior leadership. This role owns insight and reporting deliverables end to end—from ideation and problem framing through execution, delivery, and continuous refinement. The role identifies key trends, recurring issues, and emerging risks through advanced analysis to support proactive decision‑making and reduce repeat delivery and operational issues. The Product Manager produces executive‑ready summaries, forward‑looking insights, and strategic reporting materials that inform governance, risk mitigation, and product outcomes. This role maintains a working understanding of enterprise controls, metrics, and governance processes to enable effective collaboration and continuity across reporting and insight activities.

Responsibilities:

  • Generates the vision and roadmap for the program based on customer requirements, industry trends, regulations, and the strategic direction for the business or technology domain
  • Communicates the program vision and roadmap to stakeholders, product owners and the teams
  • Oversees the budget(s) for one or more products by working closely with finance partners on both personnel and non-personnel expenses
  • Provides input into defining business capabilities and aligning them to products or creating new products to support them
  • Ensures product availability by partnering closely with demand and capacity teammates
  • Develops business cases for new products and additional features for existing products
  • Partners with the product owners and the teams to ensure that optimum value is obtained through technology and subject-matter expertise and understanding of the business and industry trends

Required Qualification:

  • Advanced analytical and insight generation capability, with a demonstrated ability to translate complex product, risk, and operational data into clear, executive‑level insights
  • Strong problem‑solving and root‑cause analysis skills, synthesizing quantitative and qualitative data into actionable conclusions
  • Expertise in thematic analysis and pattern recognition, including identification of systemic issues, emerging risks, and recurring delivery or operational trends
  • Proven experience owning deliverables end to end—from problem definition and analysis through execution, delivery, and iterative refinement
  • Experience analyzing delivery health, process adherence, or control‑adjacent mechanisms, with the ability to identify workflow deviations and execution gaps
  • Exceptional product storytelling and communication skills, producing concise, executive‑ready narratives, foresight reporting, and insight summaries
  • Demonstrated ability to influence without authority, partnering across Product, Technology, Risk, Compliance, Data, and Delivery leadership
  • High judgment and decision‑making maturity, with the ability to independently resolve day‑to‑day analytical challenges and escalate matters requiring executive attention
  • Strong cross‑functional collaboration skills, including experience working with data teams, audit partners, and governance or control functions
  • Hands‑on experience producing self‑service materials (templates, standards, examples) that improve adoption, consistency, and effective use of insight and reporting deliverables
  • Experienced with analytical and visualization tools, including Alteryx and Tableau
