Job DetailsJob Location: 05 NCSC - Charlotte, NC 28273Job Purpose Oversee all production activities. Manage and develop manufacturing employees. Ensure resources, workflows, and quality standards align with company goals for safety, efficiency, and on time delivery. Key Responsibilities and Tasks Review production schedules and work orders to determine inventory requirements, workflow priorities, and daily duty assignments. Supervise, hire, evaluate, coach, and discipline production employees. Train and cross train production staff in proper manufacturing techniques, equipment operation, safety procedures, and quality standards. Address and resolve employee concerns or grievances professionally and in alignment with HR guidance. Monitor product quality standards throughout the manufacturing process to ensure finished goods meet prescribed specifications and customer requirements. QualificationsPreferred Education High school diploma or general education degree (GED) is preferred. Preferred Experience Experience in overseeing production activities. Experience in managing and developing manufacturing employees. Related work experience or training. Preferred Skills and Abilities Ability to supervise, hire, evaluate, and coach production employees. Ability to train and cross train production staff. Ability to monitor product quality standards throughout the manufacturing process. Effective communicator Active listener Highly dependable Problem solver Ability to manage time effectively. Highly skilled in manual and mechanical tasks
