We are seeking a talented marketer to join our U.S. Merchandising team and help expand our capabilities. This role combines program management, process optimization, commercialization planning, and business operations to deliver consistent customer experience and business results. The ideal candidate thrives in ambiguity, leads complex cross-functional initiatives, and balances strategic thinking with strong operational execution while serving as a trusted partner to local and national teams.


Promotional Planning & Governance:

  • Drive promotional initiatives throughout the program lifecycle, including intake, planning, execution, and post-promotion review.
  • Maintain promotional calendars, workback schedules, intake tools, templates, and governance processes that improve visibility and accountability.
  • Review plans for collisions, execution risk, and partner cross functionally to provide recommendations and escalate material concerns as needed.
  • Provide analytical support across the department, translating data into clear insights and actionable recommendations

Process Improvement:

  • Evaluate existing workflows to identify opportunities to simplify processes, reduce duplication, and improve cross-functional collaboration.
  • Develop and maintain standardized processes, tools, templates, and documentation that improve consistency, efficiency, and scalability.
  • Support the implementation and adoption of new processes, tools, and capabilities through stakeholder engagement, communications, training materials, and ongoing support.
  • Collaborates closely with global teams and local/regional support departments including Marketing & Merchandising teams, Loyalty, Category Management teams, Global Analytics, Procurement, etc

Communications:

  • Partner with manager to develop the department’s communication ecosystem, including the centralized resource repository, recurring newsletter, communication playbooks, and supporting channels and tools.
  • Identify communication gaps and implement scalable solutions that improve information access, consistency, cross-functional visibility, and stakeholder alignment.
  • Develops internal and external presentations as needed for business reviews; Creates storylines and overlays strategic messages into professional presentations

REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor’s degree in advertising, business, or related field preferred. Other combinations of job-related experience and education that meet   the requirements may be substituted. Five years of experience or more preferred; including a minimum of three years of management responsibility. Expertise in MS Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, and Word preferred. Must have strong relationship management, analytical thinking, and financial acumen skills
  • Intermediate BI knowledge; ability to both apply and interpret data practically for use in real-world scenarios
  • Must possess strong analytical skills, the ability to manage multiple activities, and retain strong detail orientation. 
  • Must be able to perform the essential duties and responsibilities as described above. 
  • Must be able to follow state, federal and company guidelines.
