We are seeking a driven and detail-oriented Purchasing & Logistics Coordinator to support our global supply chain operations. In this role, you will source and purchase key computer hardware components—including CPUs, memory (RAM), storage, and motherboards—while coordinating domestic and international shipments and ensuring full import/export compliance.

What You’ll DoProcurement & Vendor Management
  • Source and purchase computer hardware components including CPUs, memory (RAM), SSD/HDD storage, GPUs, and related technologies.
  • Negotiate pricing, lead times, and supplier terms to drive cost savings.
  • Monitor market trends and pricing fluctuations in memory and processor markets.
  • Issue and manage purchase orders to ensure on-time delivery.
  • Evaluate and maintain strong supplier relationships.
  • Support continuous supply chain improvement and cost reduction initiatives.
Inventory & Supply Coordination
  • Collaborate with production, product management, and sales teams to forecast demand.
  • Maintain optimal inventory levels and mitigate supply risks.
  • Support inventory accuracy and cycle count processes.
Global Logistics & Trade Compliance
  • Coordinate domestic and international shipments.
  • Manage freight forwarders, customs brokers, and carriers.
  • Prepare and review shipping documentation (commercial invoices, packing lists, BOLs, COO).
  • Ensure compliance with U.S. export controls, HTS classification, ECCN requirements, and international import/export regulations.
  • Monitor freight costs and delivery timelines.

  • 2+ years of purchasing/procurement experience in a hardware, computer, or technology-focused company
  • Direct experience purchasing CPUs, memory (RAM), storage, or other computer hardware components desired
  • Experience coordinating global shipments and managing import/export documentation
  • Working knowledge of global trade compliance regulations
  • ERP/MRP experience (NetSuite preferred)
  • Strong negotiation and vendor management skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Willingness to work with global suppliers across time zones (including Asia) as needed
