Responsibilities:
- Cultivate loyal relationships with investors (worldwide) & advise/facilitate in reaching their real estate investing goals
- Proficient in handling transactions from contract to close as many of our investors are not in the Charlotte area
- Maintaining proper documentation of all real estate transactions
Requirements
Qualifications:
- NC Real Estate License, although provisional brokers can be considered based on education level (SC not required but a plus)
- Knowledge of real estate administrative processes and procedures
- Ability to market properties effectively to attract potential buyers
- sales oriented mindset to meet sales targets and generate revenue
- Ability to build trust and rapport with clients
- Self-motivated and great organizational skills
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
