The Real Estate Associate Program is a rotational development program within the Supply Chain & Real Estate rotational program, designed to build future leaders and technical experts in corporate real estate. This program provides recent graduates with exposure to diverse real estate functions that support Duke Energy’s operational, workplace, and strategic property needs across the enterprise.
The program consists of four, nine‑month rotational assignments that may include experiences in areas such as:
Portfolio & Space Planning
Real Estate Transactions & Lease Administration
Facilities & Workplace Strategy (in partnership with Facilities Management)
