TRYON STREET - CHARLOTTE, NC 28206Position Type: Full TimeSalary Range: $40,000.00 - $45,000.00 Salary/yearJob Category: Nonprofit - Social ServicesJOB SUMMARY Responsible for coordinating the services of Recovery Court participants with Hope Haven and other agencies involved in providing client services, which include implementation, operations, and reporting on the progress of all participants ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Assumes responsibility for the implementation of the STEP court-written assignments for residents. Meets and informs supervisor and Clinical Director of any issues, problems, or concerns related to the STEP residents of Hope Haven. Attends STEP hearings as required. Works collaboratively with all staff of Hope Haven and with participating agencies to ensure smooth and efficient programming and client services. Provides written and verbal communication as required by the Mecklenburg Drug Treatment Court and as requested by the Clinical Director of Hope Haven. Attends Recovery Court staffing as scheduled. Implements, interprets, and communicates program policies and procedures to the DTC, participating agencies, and residents. Share information on a regular basis with the residents’ counselors. Enter data, complete forms, documents, and draft reports as needed. Compiles and maintains relevant source and tracking information. Performs other duties as directed by the President/CEO and Clinical Director. Serves as a member of the Clinical Services staff Participates in administrative, clinical activities as a clinical team member. QualificationsQUALIFICATIONS: Four-year degree in a job-related field with 2 years’ work experience in the Human Services field and/or criminal justice or comparable experience. Proficiency in communication with the HHI staff, DTC staff, DTC Judges, attorneys, and consumers of service. Must be knowledgeable of and adhere to confidentiality regulations and laws. Ability to apply recovery principles and different techniques of counseling for consumers of the program. Ability to use spreadsheets and other software applications to monitor, evaluate, and report on client and program outcomes.   PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS: Keyboarding Walking/Sitting Lifting
