Position Overview

As a Rheumatologist at Tryon, you will provide comprehensive outpatient care for a wide range of rheumatologic and autoimmune conditions. You will collaborate closely with primary care physicians and specialists in a setting designed to promote both clinical excellence and work-life balance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Diagnose and manage rheumatologic and autoimmune diseases (e.g., arthritis, lupus, gout, osteoporosis)

  • Provide longitudinal care, including treatment planning and medication management

  • Utilize advanced diagnostics to support patient care

  • Collaborate across specialties to deliver coordinated, patient-centered care

  • Option to participate in clinical research, teaching, or quality initiatives

Qualifications

  • Board-Certified or Board-Eligible in Rheumatology

  • Eligible for or currently licensed in North Carolina

  • Commitment to high-quality, patient-centered care

  • Strong communication and collaboration skills
