Electrical Maintenance Supervisor
Location: Charlotte, NC | Full-Time | Day Shift

We’re looking for an Electrical Maintenance Supervisor to lead critical operations across utilities, cranes, mobile equipment, and facilities. What Your Purpose Will Be:
To be succesful in this role, you will be responsible for providing leadership, guidance and establishing a safety conscious, productive, and high performing working environment. The major role is to focus on all aspects related to safety, environmental, production, cost, quality, and people management.
What You’ll Do:
- Lead and supervise electrical maintenance operations throughout the rolling mill.
- Drive predictive, preventive, and proactive maintenance strategies to reduce downtime and boost productivity.
- Train and coach team members in safety, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement methodologies.
- Collaborate with production teams to ensure seamless operations and equipment reliability.
- Conduct performance audits, trend analysis, and implement corrective action plans.
- Administer safety programs and emergency preparedness procedures.
- Utilize Maintenance Management Software and CAD tools for planning and documentation.
What You Bring:
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering (preferred) OR 7+ years of relevant electrical experience in lieu of a degree.
- 3–5 years of supervisory experience in industrial manufacturing environment.
- Strong knowledge of AC/DC systems, motors, transformers, and mechanical/electrical troubleshooting.
- Knowledge of large AC and DC Drives (preferred).
- Knowledge of medium voltage switchgears and transformers (preferred).
- Experience with SCADA and PLC systems (preferred).
- Experience With industrial air/fuel furnaces would be helpful.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Project, and maintenance software tools.
- A leadership mindset with a focus on safety, quality, and team development.
