School Bus Driver

Alliance Center for Education is committed to providing a safe and nurturing environment for children to learn and grow. We are looking for a reliable and responsible School Bus Driver to transport students safely and efficiently. The School Bus Driver is responsible for safely operating a school bus to transport students to and from school, field trips, and other school-related activities. The candidate must be able to work Monday through Friday, with the work day beginning at 6:30 a.m.

Qualifications

Required:

• High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED)
• Active CDL with P&S endorsements
• Three to six months related experience
• Flexibility and reliable transportation

Position Placement:

Non-Exempt, Full-Time, 10-months, Benefits Eligible 

Reports to Center Director

Please note that all applicants must submit the following documentation:

• Criminal Background Check w/Fingerprints - subsequent to qualifying letter
• Educational Transcript and Resume
• Current Physical
• Current TB Test
• Subject to background check and drug screen prior to employment
• Submission to ongoing random drug screening

Compensation Range:  $17.00 per hour.  Eligible for hiring bonus following successful completion of 90 days of employment documented by performance evaluation.
