About the role
Provides advanced analytical, reporting, and insight-generation support to the Ethics and Compliance (E&C) investigations function. This role serves as an analytical resource responsible for developing reporting frameworks, integrating data from disparate systems, identifying trends and systemic issues, and improving E&C’s ability to generate actionable intelligence from investigation-related data. The role also supports the development of dashboards, AI-enabled workflows, and repeatable monitoring capabilities that strengthen investigative effectiveness and trend detection
What you'll be doing
- Compile, organize, and analyze data relevant to active matters across multiple systems
- Perform targeted data pulls and analysis to support case scoping and issue identification
- Prepare structured summaries, timelines, and analytical outputs for investigators
- Support investigations through e-discovery and document review processes
- Conduct open-source and social media research
- Organize and synthesize large volumes of digital and documentary information
- Analyze data across cases and inputs to identify trends, anomalies, and recurring issues
- Synthesize information from multiple sources to surface patterns and insights
- Highlight trends that may warrant further review or action
- Apply AI tools to automate document review, summarization, and reporting tasks
- Identify opportunities to replace manual workflows with AI-assisted processes
- Improve efficiency and consistency of investigation support outputs
- Build and maintain trackers, reports, and dashboards from disparate data sources
- Validate and reconcile data to ensure accuracy and consistency
- Support preparation of investigation metrics and reporting
Typical Physical Demands: Regularly use hands to manipulate tools, controls, phones, and computer keyboard. Frequently stand, reach with hands and arms, climb, balance, and stoop. Sit and stand to do clerical work. Regularly lift and move office supplies up to 50 lbs.
Typical Work Conditions: Work is performed in an office. Employee frequently interacts directly with community management, facilities management, residents, and other staff members during the workday.
Who we're looking for
- Bachelor’s degree in business, computer science or a related field required
- Minimum of 4 years’ experience within a compliance, risk, or investigations program developing analytical reports/tools and performing advanced data analysis.
- Demonstrated experience using AI / generative tools to automate workflows, including document review, summarization, data structuring, etc.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and knowledge of SQL to analyze data across multiple systems
- Experience building dashboards from disparate data sources
- Ability to identify trends, anomalies, and patterns and translate findings into actionable insights
- Experience supporting investigations through e-discovery, social media research, and open-source / online researchÂ
- Strong ability to organize and synthesize large volumes of structured and unstructured information
- Excellent communication skills, attention to detail, with ability to produce clear, concise, structured outputs
- Demonstrate a high level of ethical judgment and ability to maintain absolute confidentiality over sensitive information.
- Ability to travel up to 10% of time
- Possession of a valid state issued Driver’s License and safe driving record are required.

Pay Rate: $100,000 - $113,000 yr.*
*This is the lowest to highest salary we in good faith believe we would pay for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range, and the range may be modified in the future. An employee's pay position within the salary range will be based on several factors including, but not limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, performance, shift, travel requirements, any collective bargaining agreements, and business or organizational needs. No amount of pay is considered to be wages or compensation until such amount is earned, vested, and determinable.
