As a core member of our Enterprise Platform and Engineering IT team, you will work with dedicated professionals to ensure our clients maintain access to their critical information assets while keeping Citco ahead of industry trends.
Citco seeks a highly skilled technical lead to spearhead the development of a common enterprise pipeline tool, define CI/CD strategy, and drive adoption across our organization. This role merges deep technical expertise with team leadership, ensuring that our pipeline solutions support all our current and future needs. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of building large, scalable Jenkins infrastructure and is a creative thinker, problem solver, teacher, learner and should have excellent collaboration skills. This is a hands-on technical leadership role focused on developing the next generation enterprise pipeline infrastructure.
This position reports to the SVP of Enterprise Architecture and Platform Engineering and is a great opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast paced environment and someone who has that unique combination of technical savvy and interpersonal skills.
