Job DetailsJob Location: Main Club House - CHARLOTTE, NC 28277Ballantyne Country Club is looking for fun, energetic, hardworking, hospitality driven service team members. Job responsibilities include- Greet and engage members and guests in a friendly and professional manner Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently Deliver meals and beverages promptly, ensuring presentation and quality meet club standards Maintain knowledge of menu items, specials, and wine/beverage offerings Ensure dining areas are clean, organized, and properly set before and after service Communicate effectively with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth service flow There are both full time and part time positions available. Full time positions come with employee benefits after 90 days of employment. Health/Vison/Dental Insurance, Short Term & Long Term Disability, PTO and Holiday Pay, etc.  401K Eligible after a year of employment and 1000 Hours works.  Hourly Rate Starting at $17.00 Qualifications
