Carolina School Services is seeking a Part-Time Supervising Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to support school-based speech-language services in the Charlotte area.
Responsibilities Include:
- Conducting speech-language evaluations and eligibility assessments
- Providing supervision and support to Speech-Language Pathology Assistants (SLPAs) in accordance with state regulations
- Managing and monitoring student caseloads to ensure compliance with IEP requirements
- Reviewing documentation and therapy plans for quality and compliance
- Collaborating with school staff, families, and multidisciplinary teams
- Assisting with scheduling, service delivery oversight, and progress monitoring
Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Current North Carolina SLP license and ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP)
- Previous school-based experience preferred
- Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills
