As a Sr. Director Engineering Operationalization here at Honeywell, you will be responsible for leading the engineering function with a focus on SIOP and TRR. Your role will involve strategic oversight and management of engineering projects while ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
You will report directly to our VP Technology Transformation, and you’ll work out of our Charlotte, NC location on a Hybrid work schedule.

Your leadership will drive innovation in R&D footprints, optimize lab infrastructure, and ensure the effective management of contracts and partnerships.
