Odyssey Logistics is seeking a hands-on, data-driven Sr. Specialist, Digital Marketing to manage and optimize our digital marketing platforms, campaigns, website, and marketing automation programs.
This role is ideal for an experienced digital marketer who can independently execute campaigns, analyze performance, improve lead generation, and connect marketing activity to sales pipeline and revenue. The position also offers strong potential for future growth into a marketing manager-level role.
Role Details
- Work model and schedule:Â Hybrid, with in-office work Monday through Thursday and remote work on Fridays, during standard business hours and averaging approximately 40 hours per week, with occasional overtime as needed.
- Travel:Â Approximately 10%
- Pay:Â Competitive salary plus bonus
- Reports to:Â Sr. Director, Marketing & Communications

What You’ll Do
- Manage Odyssey’s website, digital campaigns, marketing automation platform, and emerging AI-enabled marketing tools.
- Serve as a hands-on user of Salesforce and Salesforce Marketing Cloud Account Engagement, formerly Pardot.
- Build and manage automated email campaigns, nurture programs, forms, landing pages, segmentation lists, and automation rules.
- Develop and optimize lead-scoring, lead-qualification, and lead-handoff processes.
- Track prospects through the full lead lifecycle, including MQL, SQL, Opportunity, and Closed Won.
- Maintain accurate lead and campaign data between Salesforce and Account Engagement/Pardot.
- Manage SEO, SEM, paid search, website content, landing pages, forms, and conversion optimization.
- Use Google Analytics, preferably GA4, Salesforce, and Account Engagement/Pardot to measure performance.
- Build reports and dashboards that connect marketing activity to leads, pipeline, revenue, and business outcomes.
- Support campaign attribution, conversion tracking, and customer-journey analysis.
- Develop and execute targeted email, content, and digital marketing campaigns.
- Partner with Sales, IT, internal stakeholders, and outside agencies to improve digital performance.
- Identify opportunities to improve processes through automation and AI-enabled marketing tools.
What You Bring
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- Five or more years of progressive digital marketing experience.
- Current or recent hands-on Salesforce experience.
- Hands-on Salesforce Marketing Cloud Account Engagement/Pardot experience is required.
- Demonstrated experience building marketing automation programs, email campaigns, forms, landing pages, nurture programs, segmentation, and automation rules.
- Experience with lead scoring, lead qualification, attribution, conversion tracking, and lead lifecycle management.
- Experience tracking leads from MQL to SQL to Opportunity and Closed Won is strongly preferred.
- Strong Google Analytics experience, preferably GA4.
- Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, paid search, email marketing, content marketing, and website marketing.
- Experience measuring how marketing activity contributes to leads, pipeline, and revenue.
- Strong analytical, communication, organizational, and project-management skills.
- Ability to independently manage multiple projects from strategy through execution.
- Experience with AI-enabled marketing tools is preferred.
