- Partner with U.S. Engineering and Federal leadership teams to define and execute talent strategies aligned with business growth objectives.Â

- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fieldÂ
- 15+ years of progressive HR experience, including at least 5 years of senior leadership experience Â
- Proven experience: Â
- Supporting large-scale engineering, construction, infrastructure, or federal contracting organizationsÂ
- Partnering directly with senior operational leadersÂ
- Leading HR strategy in complex, regulated environmentsÂ

- Strong experience in: Â
- U.S. employment law and regulatory frameworksÂ
- Cross-border HR operations (U.S./Canada preferred)Â
