Because Communities Deserve Better
At Community Association Management, we believe that communities deserve more than just management — they deserve partnership, leadership, and proactive service. Our WHY is simple: to creatively find solutions and overcome challenges so we can work together to advance the common cause.
We are looking for a Vice President of Sales who shares that mindset and is energized by the challenge of building relationships, winning business, and creating a scalable sales engine that fuels our continued growth.
This is not a desk job and it is not a traditional executive sales role where strategy replaces selling. We are looking for a working sales leader — someone who is passionate about networking, competitive in nature, driven by results, and excited about personally closing deals while building the future sales organization of our company.
If you are a go-getter who loves the thrill of winning new business and building something meaningful, this role offers the opportunity to make a significant impact in a growing and respected company serving communities across the Carolinas.
About the Role
The Vice President of Sales is responsible for driving new business growth across North Carolina and South Carolina while developing the strategy and infrastructure needed to scale a high-performing sales organization.
