Position Summary...
What you'll do...
- Would require approximately 50% or more travel within the region.  Â
- Works directly with Store Managers and Facility Services Leadership on their facility services needs  Â
- Works directly with different vendors and contractors if needed  Â
- Reporting and analytics  Â
- Maintain up-to-date contractor licenses to uphold good standing with relevant authorities. Â
- Participate in training programs to ensure familiarity with the latest regulatory requirements, enabling successful scope of work performance, including but not limited to, conducting site inspections to monitor compliance and quality standards.  Â
- Obtain and secure all necessary permits and schedules inspections as mandated by pertinent mechanical or building codes, when applicable. Â
- General Facilities Services / Overall Building Maintenance Experience – 3-5 years would be optimal  Â
- Electrical, plumbing, and or mechanical experience  Â
- Leadership skills – Able to lead, motivate, and develop others  Â
- Communication/Interpersonal skills  Â
- Problem solving skills – Route cause and breakdown analysis experience  Â
- Customer service  Â
- EPA Universal Certification  Â
- PMP Certification  Â
- Lean Six Sigma  Â
- Current NC Class A/I Plumbing Contractor, in good standing Â

The annual salary range for this position is $90,000.00 - $180,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include :
