- Must have active state license
- BC required
- Weekdays, Days, Call, Weekend call
- ACLS, BLS, and PALS required
- 10 - 20 patients per day per provider, 60 surgical cases per month
- General anesthesia/blocks/regional anesthesia, labor epidurals shared with CRNAs
- Credentialing needed
- DEA needed
- Paid malpractice insurance; pre-paid travel and housing expenses
- Assignment details and time entry in online portal
