As the Lead Solution Architect in the HR Technology Domain, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the architecture landscape within the Information Systems domain to support HR business processes. Your responsibilities will include developing and maintaining architecture in alignment with Enterprise Architecture guidelines and standards, defining strategic roadmaps, and collaborating with stakeholders to ensure the successful implementation of key business and IT initiatives.
