| Responsibilities 路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Technical Expertise and Support o聽聽 Act as the SME within automation and intralogistics, providing technical support for the sales team鈥檚 requests within the automation, intralogistics, and systems solutions space. o聽聽 Cater solutions to customer needs, offering innovative approaches for complex problems within the automation and intralogistics domains. o聽聽 Gather and analyze data such as product specifications, application environment, customer facility details, and project restrictions for accurate solution development. 路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Collaboration and Sales Strategy o聽聽 Ensure optimum solutions and implementations by working closely with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Applications, and Project Management personnel. o聽聽 Work with the ISG group, project coordination team, engineering group, and other internal departments to make strategic account planning and pricing decisions when presenting solutions to customers. o聽聽 Collaborate with the sales team to address customer needs and provide co-operative sales solutions tailored to their specifications. 路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Market Analysis and Business Development o聽聽 Identify areas where Carolina Handling鈥檚 automation and intralogistics product sales are weak and initiate actions to improve market penetration, particularly in National and major accounts. o聽聽 Collaborate with external vendors and partners to enhance market presence and provide tailored solutions for clients. 路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Reporting and Performance Measurement o聽聽 Design and execute reporting procedures for continual performance measurement in automation and intralogistics operations. 路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Marketing and Product Strategy o聽聽 Oversee all phases of marketing for Carolina Handling Automation and Raymond Intralogistics offerings, from answering product questions to developing pricing/product strategies. 路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Supplier Coordination o聽聽 Work with various suppliers to ensure the delivery of appropriate and high-quality solutions to customers based on specific project requirements. 路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Perform any other duties as assigned or required to support the company's overall operations and objectives. | ||||
