We are extremely excited to bring the first JINYA RAMEN BAR to NORTH CAROLINA this summer! JINYA will be located in the gateway to Uptown and South End on the first floor of the new Ally Charlotte Center and we are screening candidates to join our growing family. 

JINYA presents an authentic ramen culture, where the relationship between broth and noodles is serious, but delicious business. We are looking for energetic team members to help bring this authentic JINYA Ramen culture to Charlotte for the first time. With thick, rich broth in perfect balance with handmade noodles, our guests will discover a wide array of fresh toppings from tender pork chashu to a perfectly seasoned poached egg that takes ramen to the next level. The experience is further elevated by pairing it with delicious tapas or a local craft beer. You will quickly see why at JINYA we say. "No Ramen, No Life".
