Kinema Fitness is seeking an On-Demand Personal Trainer to grow the personal training program in a high-end corporate fitness center in Charlotte, NC on an on-demand basis. We are seeking someone who is strong in personal training, and wants to grow their book of business. Ideal candidate has a flexible schedule, and wants to train many clients!
ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Create a culture of excellent customer service similar to luxury hospitality, that is tailored to the needs of the members and client.
- Assist with daily responsibilities and tasks.
- Registering prospective members and guiding them to the correct person
- Providing information on classes and availability
- Handling questions regarding memberships
- Ensuring the safety and security of visitors, members and staff at all times and taking a responsible attitude towards maintaining the premises and facilities of the Fitness Center
- Build personal training program
- Certified Personal Trainer (must have an up to date certification)
- Valid CPR/AED certification
- General and Professional Liability Insurance
